Easy Check-In
When a visitor comes to your lobby, they're either on a planned trip or they've just stopped by on a whim. When an employee schedules a visit, the guest will receive an email with detailed information about the time and location, along with a scannable QR code to check-in. The code is scanned to sign in upon arrival, or they can simply scan their ID or enter their information manually at the iPad kiosk.
The host will be instantly notified that their visitor has arrived, helping to reduce wait times and miscommunication between reception and employee.
